Forbes Asia’s new “Women In the Mix” list published today includes Fion Luk, the vice chairlady of property developer Agile Property of Guangzhou. The Hong Kong-listed company is one of the largest in China’s real estate industry to be founded by entrepreneurs. It invests nationwide, and enjoys a market cap of more than $4 billion. I exchanged this week with Luk about how China’s real estate market has changed since she got started in the business in the 1990s and how she sees the industry evolving in the next five years.
