BlackBerry shares are trading higher Monday morning after CEO Thorsten Heins told a German newspaper that it has ramped up production of the new BlackBerry 10-based touch-screen Z10 smartphone, and that sales have exceeded expectations. He also said that an unexpectedly high percentage of Z10 buyers to date were previously using Apple and Android phones.
