The Medicines Co. (MDCO) is carving its niche with products that hospitals depend on for critical care and coronary interventions. The Medicines Co.'s Angiomax drug -- which accounts for almost all its sales -- is an anticoagulant for patients with unstable angina undergoing coronary angioplasty procedures. Its Cleviprex product is an intravenous small molecule calcium channel blocker to reduce blood pressure. It's also used to treat
