Harvest Natural's Sale Not Approved

Indonesia did not approve Harvest Natural Resources Inc.'s (NYSE: HNR) proposed $725 million sale of its Venezuelan subsidiary HNR Energia BV to Indonesia's PT Pertamina. Shares of the energy company plunged $3.71 to close at $5.45.
