Sealed Air Soars Despite Continued Trouble In Europe

Despite lagging sales in Europe, bubble wrap maker Sealed Air (SEE) reported better than expected fourth quarter earnings. But its earnings guidance for 2013 came in shy of analysts' expectations. Still, shares surged more than 11% to a new 52-week high intraday on the stock market today. The packaging maker reported adjusted Q4 earnings of 34 cents per share, up from 6 cents a year ago and 5 cents over estimates. Revenue climbed 0.8% to $1.98
