Nation's largest specialty retailer of health and wellness products raises $3.1 million for 9th annual St. Jude Thanks and Giving ® campaign

(NYSE: GNC), the nation's largest specialty retailer of health and wellness products, is pleased and proud to announce that its employees and customers donated a total of $3.1 million during these past few months to support the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Thanks and Giving campaign. The campaign, now in its ninth year, builds awareness of and raises funds for the lifesaving research and treatment done at St. Jude to help children fighting cancer and other deadly diseases.
GNC customers had the opportunity to make a donation at any of the company's more than 6,000 U.S. retail corporate and franchise locations as well as online at GNC.com. One hundred percent of the funds raised from GNC employees and customers goes directly to St. Jude.
