Monotype Hits Record High On Q4 Beat, Dividend Hike
Shares of typeface provider Monotype (TYPE) jumped to a record high Thursday after the company reported fourth-quarter results that beat forecasts and raised its dividend by 50%. It also guided Wall Street higher for the first quarter and full year. The Woburn, Mass.-based company earned 28 cents a share minus items, up 22% from Q4 2011, and a penny better than analysts expected. Sales rose 23% to $39 million, topping analyst views for $38.5
