Including Bridges, Union Pacific now supports eight ERGs: the Black Employee Network; the Lead Educate, Achieve and Develop women's initiative; the Latino Employee Network; UP Ties for emerging professionals; the Council of Native American Heritage; the Asian Employee Resource Organization; and UP Vets.
Union Pacific recognizes that the face of diversity at the company must mirror the face of diversity in the communities in which conducts business and where its employees live. Bridges represents the company's most recent effort to recognize the importance diversity brings to it workforce.
