Comcast Sets Higher Capital Spending Post-NBCU Deal
Comcast (CMCSA) says it plans to hike capital spending on both its cable TV and entertainment businesses in 2013, after announcing late Tuesday that it had agreed to buy General Electric's (GE) remaining stake in NBC Universal for $16.7 billion.
