Tuesday Sector Laggards: Education & Training Services, Oil & Gas Refining & Marketing Stocks

In trading on Tuesday, education & training services shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.2%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Ata ADS (ATAI), off about 9.5% and shares of Capella Education (CPLA) down about 3.6% on the day.
