UPDATE 1-L'Oreal to buy back shares after sales rise
PARIS, Feb 11 (Reuters) - L'Oreal unveiled plans to spend about a third of its net cash, or 500 million euros ($668.95 million), on buying back shares as it reported a small rebound in fourth-quarter sales.
