Delray Beach, FL, February 09, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Global Business Development Center welcomes two new nonprofit organizations, Ashley Place Community Development Corp and ARTfusion Delray Inc. to their client list.
ArtFusion Delray Inc. and Ashley Place Development Corp joins a growing list of Global Business Development Center’s nonprofit clients that includes The Milagro Center, The Urban League of Palm Beach County, and Center for Enterprise Opportunity to name a few.
GBDC, a for- profit marketing/business development incubator, collaborates with corporate and nonprofit organizations to create strategic alliances that create a wider community impact. This kind of impact is sought after by donors and grantors. “We like working with nonprofits that are a natural fit in our community with similar missions and target audiences. The nonprofit environment is changing; nimble and forward thinking nonprofits are the ones that will survive,” states Annette Gray, GBDC CEO. “We understand the business of running a nonprofit, the emphasis by funders for future sustainability, and the need for nonprofits to operate more like their for-profit counterparts,” continues, Gray. “We have been very successful in working with and attaining funding for our partnering nonprofits.”
Global Business Development Center’s recipe for success in these economic challenging times allows small to mid size nonprofits to finally compete and attain funding usually limited to the big machine organizations. "That is a great reputation to have," Gray adds. “We know that the center is unique in its strategy. Our strategic alliance with our nonprofit partners is instrumental in making a difference in the quality of life for so many. We hope that with their missions and our resources, our impact will greater benefit the entire community.”
Artfusion is a nonprofit based in Delaware and their mission is to utilize the ARTS for Social Change. Their program Theatrical Fusion addresses social issues by offering a creative learning environment for audiences using innovative, improvisational theatrical style of edutainment to spark discussion about social issues at the forefront of our society. “Having seen Delray’s commitment to the arts, it was a natural fit for our expansion. Global Business Development Center serves as an anchor for us, help us with our marketing, outreach and assisting in collaborating with other nonprofits, community and cultural art centers,” states Kamysha Martin, Executive Director.
Ashley Place Development Center supports the community through program, projects, services, seminars, and lectures for the socioeconomic development for the inter-generational sector of urban areas. Rose Wong, Executive Director knew she needed an answer to the questions of program development, management, outreach and grants research, preparation and reporting with limited staff. "The center helped me understand that the idea of collaboration was more appealing to the grantors; we make a bigger impact together. The nonprofits win and so does the community."
