TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. (Nasdaq: TQNT) fell to a loss for the fourth quarter of 2 cents per share compared with earnings of 3 cents per share last year and warned of losses for the first quarter prompting downgrades. The stock price dropped 67 cents to close at $4.67.
