TriQuint Semiconductor (TQNT) spikes despite Q4 loss

TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. (NASDAQ: TQNT) recovered 4.6% to $5.49. The chip maker said Wednesday its fourth-quarter loss narrowed to $3.8 million, or two cents a share, from $11.2 million, or seven cents a share, a year earlier as it offered weak guidance for this quarter. Share volume was 4.3 million, more than double its all-day average
