TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/06/13 -- Pursuant to an Amalgamation Agreement announced on December 12, 2012, Victory Gold Mines Inc. will amalgamate with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northern Gold Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NGM).
The common shares of Victory Gold Mines will be delisted at the market close February 06, 2013.
