Smart Destinations, a Boston-based travel agency, has renewed its lease at 85 Merrimac St., near North Station. The company that sells discount passes to attractions in tourist cities around the country, signed a 10,900-square-foot lease. The property is a five-story, 34,377-square-foot, Class B office building with street level retail. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
