Yum Beats, But Warns On KFC's China Chicken Woes
Yum Brands' (YUM) fourth-quarter earnings beat estimates when it reported results after the market closed on Monday, but its shares fell amid ongoing food safety concerns at its KFC restaurants in China. Yum said Q4 EPS rose 11% to 83 cents, beating views by a penny. Sales rose 1% to $4.1 billion, in line with estimates.
