Sony has announced a new PlayStation console PlayStation Vita – an Ice Silver edition with a very responsive front touch-screen with multi-touch capabilities will Asian shores from February 28th onwards. The Ice Silver edition of the PS Vita joins the ranks of the blue, red and white hues we’ve already seen. So, what do you think of the Sony PlayStation Vita Ice Silver version?

Hong Kong residents will receive the Sony PlayStation Vita Ice Silver version at about 300 US Dollar.

The “Ice Silver” PlayStation Vita will be a Wi-Fi-only model and comes with a USB cable, AC adaptor, power cord, printed materials and an AR Play card.

According to rumors, Sony is expected to unveil the next PlayStation game “PS4″ console on Feb 20. If the rumours are true, The PS4 is rumoured to have an eight-core AMD CPU, AMD graphics, and more grunt than the Xbox 720.

In another news, Authorities in Beijing reportedly considering lifting its 13-year ban on video games consoles such as Sony’s PlayStation, Ninetendo and Microsoft’s Xbox in China.
