Plan B Expo now in its 4th year focuses on offering opportunities and solutions for people whose Plan A didn't work out or isn't working out. Whether you are looking for new job, start your own business, weight loss options, fitness routines, income opportunities, family or health care options, mortgage providers, there is something for everyone at Plan B Expo.
We support Dress for Success of Tampa Bay who's mission is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help woman thrive in work and in life. There is a variety of vendors as well as educational sessions for most expos. Each vendor is encouraged to bring snacks to hand out and some Food vendors attend from caterers and local restaurants so that they can get some exposure as well as offering a bit of their product to the public...food & beverages.
The historical attendance averages 300. We typically experience around 100 attendees in the building at any one time. Our average attendance is 300 for the 4 hour period. Our goal for 2013 is to break the 400 barrier by including more family options, kid-friendly services, and stronger employment-focused opportunities.
We register 75 - 150 vendors each expo with only one per business name and we offer the opportunity to reserve an entire category as an annual sponsor. Depending on the venue that is selected as a host location, determines the maximum number of vendors & sponsors as well as offerings we provide.
Each vendor & sponsor receives e-tickets to give away as they choose and our coordinators are in the are handing out promotional cards and tickets to the general population as well.
The event is advertised to the general public as well as social media advertising, mass marketing, radio spots. There are ads running across Tampa Bay, Facebook & Twitter ads, Radio spots.
