The newly released data further validates the demand for new home construction in the Washington, DC region.
- 23% increase in total homes sold equaling 372 homes sold in 2012 vs. 304 homes sold in 2011.
- 3-7% increase in home prices in 2012 with home prices ranging from $260,000 and $600,000.
- 8 communities opened in 2012 containing six different model homes
- 35% of all sales transactions are attributed to three development projects in Brambleton, one of the Top 10 best selling communities in the US.
