NYSE Technologies is pleased to inform clients that further to previous announcements on  15 January 2013  and 11 November 2012 , the enhancements to the NYSE Group Corporate Actions product are available to clients effective today (01 February 2013). Furthermore, NYSE Technologies advises clients that the files in the legacy formats will be provided in parallel to the files in the new files until 28 February 2013. On 01 March 2013, the provision of the information in the legacy formats will be phased out permanently and clients are required to process the information provided in the new formats. 1. Product enhancements overview There are a number of enhancements made to the NYSE Group Corporate Actions product to improve the timeliness of the provision of new listings (e.g. IPOs, spin-offs, and structured product listings), corporate actions, dividend, and proxy related information (e.g. rulings on proposals and meeting dates). The NYSE Group Corporate Actions, InfoNotices, Ticker Notices and Proxy Meetings reports that were previously provided on a daily basis, are now available every hour from 8h00am to 8h00pm ET and at 11pmET . Summary reports are available to clients at 8h30am, 5h30pm and 11h00pm ET. Various new fields were added to existing files Several files were renamed 2. Access to files in new formats Clients may access the files in the new layout on our production ftp server (ftp2.nyxdata.com), online on www.nyxdata.com and by e-mail. 3. Decommissioning of files in legacy formats In order to enable clients to adjust their systems smoothly and in a timely fashion, NYSE Technologies will provide the information in the legacy and new formats from 1 to 28 February 2013. On 01 March 2013, the provision of the information in the legacy formats will be phased out permanently and clients are required to process the information provided in the new formats.  For further information on the product enhancements and how to access the data, please check the Client Specification Other changes Pricing changes As previously announced, a new price list for the NYSE Group Corporate Actions product will be  effective 01 March 2013.
