Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: KERX ) announced Wednesday the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of common stock consisting of 8,234,000 shares at $8.49 per share. In connection with this offering, Keryx granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase 1,235,100 additional shares of common stock.
