The Facebook rumor mill has been buzzing for more than a year that the big social-networking company might be gearing up to build its own smartphone sometime soon. But in his fourth quarter earnings call with Wall Street analysts, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg stridently pressed the "Call Ended" button on that speculation.
