Facebook Earnings Beat Wall Street Consensus

Facebook[/entity] (FB) posted fourth quarter revenues of $1.59 billion compared to $1.53 billion in the same period last year. Earnings per share beat the Street by two cents per share to $0.17. The aftermarket look at the stock may be dismal, but is more profit taking at first look. Facebook shares were down as much as 6 percent then began trimming that losse shortly after the earnings report.
