Martin Turner’s Wishbone Ash announces the No Easy Road 2013 UK Tour
PR Log - Jan 29, 2013 - Martin Turner’s Wishbone Ash (MTWA) will tour the first half of 2013, playing two dozen shows from February 28th and ending June 29th in the UK and an additional four shows in Germany and Belgium in April. The tour is named for No Easy Road, Martin Turner’s recently released and highly acclaimed autobiography and is booked in response to the success of both the book and the exclusive summer show, in which former band members Steve Upton, Ted Turner and Laurie Wisefield took to the stage to the delight of the audience. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ec6vxTpVBKK

The classic line ups of Wishbone Ash have had millions of album and concert sales around the world and fans are delighted that founding member and vocalist Martin Turner has returned with a stellar lineup to play the popular favorites.
Martin Turner is central to the forty year plus success of Wishbone Ash, leading the band through the high charting and stadium filling eras of the band, which is synonymous with high quality guitar driven rock music.
Martin Turner describes working with his current band as “an extremely rewarding experience on both a musical and personal level” as he revisits the classics that made the band famous.
Martin Turner’s Wishbone Ash is managed by Martin Darvill of QEDG Management. The management company also manages the Original Members of Asia, Focus, Uriah Heep, Snakecharmer, The Spiders from Mars,Dave Kilminster (guitarist for Roger Waters), Curved Air, vocalist Murray Hockridge, among others. With Mr Stewart Young, Martin Darvill manages Greg Lake, Keith Emerson, and Emerson Lake and Palmer. With Mr Eddie Jobson, he manages the highly successful reunion of the UK, featuring Mr Jobson and award winning vocalist and songwriter John Wetton.
