Germantown, MD, January 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Planet Technologies, the leading Microsoft IT consulting and services partner, announced today that they have received 100% scores in 10 out of 13 survey areas in the latest Microsoft Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey. Most notably, Planet received 100% for customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and for its ability to meet client needs. Results are taken from an independent third party survey as part of the Microsoft Partner Program re-enrollment process. Planet beat the national Microsoft partner average in all categories by nearly 30%.
