Hospital stocks pounded out new highs Tuesday as investors continue to anticipate next year's implementation of Affordable Care Act rules. Those -- especially the operators of hospitals designed for short-care treatment of injury or illness -- called acute care facilities, are seen as key beneficiaries of the ACA.
