We the People Threshold Increased: On Wednesday, the threshold was raised for the online petition system We the People . Due to active engagement, petitions now must receive 100,000 signatures in thirty days to receive an official response from the Administration. In the last two months of 2012, more than 2.4 million new users joined the We the People movement.
