Friday, January 18, 2013 03:55 PM EST - Fiera Capital Corporation : announced today that it has reached an agreement with GMP Capital Inc., one of Canada's leading independent investment dealers, to acquire flagship funds pertaining to the GMP Diversified Alpha Fund and the Canadian ABCP Fund, representing approximately $570 million in assets under management. Under the terms of the Agreement, the purchase price includes a $10.75-million cash consideration, in addition to the aforementioned minority interest by the management team. Fiera Capital Corporation ( T.FSZ ) shares were up $0.18 at 7.78.
