Liberty Media takes majority control of Sirius XM satellite radio

Jan 18 (Reuters) - Liberty Media Corp has taken majority ownership of Sirius XM Radio Inc, a securities filing showed, after months of trying to wrest control of the satellite radio broadcaster.
