Intel to feel heat from PC slump, transition

Intel is expected to report a drop in sales and earnings for the fourth quarter on Thursday afternoon, as analysts point to more signs of a shrinking PC market. Chip giant is also still hunting for a new CEO to replace retiring Paul Otellini.
