Flowers Foods Looks To Add Some Wonder (FLO, CPB, GRBMF, WMT)

Flowers Foods announced January 11 that it was the stalking horse bid for six of Hostess' bread brands, offering $390 million. Higher bids may be forthcoming. I'll look at what this means to Flowers Foods' stock.
