Ocwen Financial Jumps Over 10-Week Line As Base Forms
Ocwen Financial (OCN), a non-bank mortgage servicer, has cleared its 10-week moving average line as it forms a late-stage base. The stock has steadied since giving off a sell signal in early October, when it soared above its upper channel line in a classic topping action.
