During 2012, Beck’s Tampa employees contributed 156.5 service hours to Metropolitan Ministries. exceeding their goal of 100 service hours. A variety of charitable events were held throughout the year, including a Clay Tournament that raised over $18,000 for Metropolitan Ministries and a golf scramble which raised $100,000 for The University of Tampa Scholarship Program.
The award program is designed to spotlight the many corporate-sanctioned giving and volunteer programs in the Tampa Bay community.
