This week, Mitchell D. Weiner (Founder, Chief Happiness Officer & Owner of FSO) hosted over one hundred Experience Managers and Directors to celebrate top performers, welcome several newcomers and to launch multiple strategic objectives that will continue to propel FSO into rapid growth mode.
The evening commenced with the welcoming of 72 new employees from 4 new onsite outsourcing deals that FSO signed in the past 30 days. With an impressive 100% client retention rate and a 98% employee retention track record, and a strong cross-vertical presence, FSO is well poised to continue its rapid growth well into the future.
Commenting on the company’s recent expansion & last night’s meeting, Mitchell remarked, “It’s no doubt that this is an exciting time for FSO and I want to be the best leader for my talented staff who run the day-to-day business at our client locations. As we continue to grow at a tremendous rate, it is more important than ever that as an owner I stay connected with my staff so that the expectations are clear. It is one of the many commitments I am making to ensure each and every FSO employee brings the best of the best to what we do every minute of the day.”
The meeting continued with the announcement of a 28-Day New Year’s Revitalization Challenge. As part of FSO’s Wellness Program, the customized challenge, designed by the health, nutrition and exercise experts of Vital Advantage Consulting, will include biometric testing to motivate and help employees reach goal oriented results. Prizes for the “biggest losers” include: a personal training session with celebrity trainer and reality show personality, Jillian Michaels; five weeks of delicious, fresh & healthy meals for two delivered by Blue Apron; and a FitBit Zip to track daily steps, distance and calories burned.
Commenting on the initial response, Randi Dukoff (Founder of Vital Advantage Consulting) remarked, “The feedback has been terrific and the benefits of living smart and being healthy will no doubt make FSO’s employees even more productive - having a direct effect of the success on their end user.”
Following the exciting launch of FSO’s 28-Day New Year’s Revitalization Challenge, Jim Caton (President, Chief Chaos Officer & Owner of FSO) addressed FSO’s corporate strategy and business topics with the group - focusing on how each employee can continuously (re)IMAGINE the FSO client and employee experience. Jim noted, "A key component to our success is our ability to offer solutions that are driven by highly motivated people.” He added, “We take the people, the process, and the technology components for our clients and prospects to engineer the best possible onsite outsourcing solution for their specific needs to ensure their operations run the best they can.”
On the heels of Jim’s messaging, Denise Ngeow (Vice President of Corporate Strategy - "(re)imagining the Future" - for FSO) announced the implementation of “Masters of the Trade” - a new world of knowledge in FSO, offering staff training sessions aimed at developing their expertise in mail, copy, facilities, IT and records. Denise commented, ”As the leader in the world of onsite outsourcing, it is incumbent upon us at FSO to share information and knowledge that can educate our clients of new ideas to be more productive and efficient. After all, knowledge is power and it is what we pride ourselves on as a business partner.”
The evening concluded with FSO’s monthly Awards & Recognition Ceremony, where top performers were honored for their exceptional service delivery and passionate attitudes. Recipients received monetary rewards, plaques, and trophies. This month’s honorees included Mail & Logistics Associates, Facilities Managers, Records Associates, Copy Operators and Informationalists servicing Financial Companies, High End Real Estate Organizations, Media & Publishing Companies, Law Firms and Higher Education clients of FSO.
Plans for FSO’s next monthly meeting are well underway and communications regarding the specifics of the company’s strategic objectives are currently being shared with field employees and implemented at FSO’s growing list of impressive clients.
