Wednesday’s biggest gaining and declining stocks

Shares of Clearwire Corp. were moving higher in premarket trading on Wednesday after a fresh offer for the group, while Alcoa Inc. was also higher after results. Sprint Nextel fell in relation to the Clearwire offer.
