Training Reinforcement Partners Announces Sales Coaching Partners

Cedarburg, WI (MMD Newswire) January 8, 2013 -- Sales Progress (A Training Reinforcement Partner Company) announces today the official launch of Sales Coaching Partners, a digital coaching service to teach managers how to coach and follow them after they learned our coaching methodology. We have designed Sales Coaching Partners so managers don't have to leave their office to attend an all day workshop.

Sales Coaching Partners is a partnership between Training Reinforcement Partners and a manager. The objective for the partner program is to teach sales managerial, sales supervisorial, and sales director level personnel about the unique opportunity coaching provides to build sales, customer loyalty, and overall bottom line results through exceptional coaching. Careful observation teaches us that the customer experience is on the decline in many industries. Those organizations that make a conscientious effort to practice better customer service will gain a competitive advantage.

The Sales Coaching Partner program includes the following:

* Sales Progress Coaching Course: the partner will be taught our coaching methodology over 21 days. Each partner will receive lessons via their email which will contain a link with audio (goldmail, sliderocket, and/or mp3 formats) and also a link to your own workbook. We will assign a coach to each workbook to give each partner feedback throughout the 21 days to help them progress and understand the coaching.

* Bi-Weekly Coaching Assessments: each partner will receive an assessment which should take about 5 minutes to complete. We will then take the results and send each partner a personalized coaching feedback presentation.

* Monthly Digital Coaching Sales Presentations: each partner will receive a digital coaching presentation on niche sales topic each month. These presentations can be used in group sales sessions or if a sales representative is struggling with a specific topic they can do it individually. Through becoming a partner, you will start to build your own sales training library.

* Allowance of $500 for Webinar Tracks: each partner will receive $500 monthly to use for their sales team to attend any of Sales Progress' Webinar Tracks. If the allowance isn't used up by the end of the month the total will carry over to the next month. A Webinar Track is a live one hour webinar that is 100% educational followed with 7 days of reinforcement lessons.
