Shares of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (REGN) were down 5% in afternoon trading Tuesday, after the drugmaker reported sales for its eye drug Eylea that disappointed investors. Sales of Eylea, which treats wet age-related macular degeneration, were $838 million for 2012, the company said at an investors conference Tuesday.
