Athenahealth Stock Rises After Buying Mobile Company
Shares of Athenahealth (ATHN) were up more than 1% in early trading Monday after the provider of tech services for the health care industry said it had reached agreement to acquire Epocrates (EPOC), a provider of mobile services for physicians, for $293 million in cash.
