Reminder - NYSE Euronext new Global Data Agreements - deadline 1 April 2013

The Global Data Agreements are new common agreements for US and European real-time market data covering all usage whether for redistribution or end use. The Global Data Agreements include three key changes: • Introduction of Non-Display Charges • Change to the Unit of Count • Introduction of Direct Reporting and Invoicing These changes are outlined in more detail in our NYSE Euronext Market Data Policies document and on our Fact Sheet . Redistributors All firms that either redistribute or control access to NYSE Euronext real-time data, including ASPs and ESPs, are required to complete the NYSE Euronext Global Data Agreement for Redistributors (RDA) which can be downloaded from our website. Click here to download a PDF version of the RDA. Important: The RDA will replace all existing EMDDA agreements. Redistributors are requested to include the How does it affect you ? document and client questionnaire in their own correspondence to clients who may be users of NYSE Euronext data. • How does it affect you ? • Client Questionnaire End Users Clients who receive NYSE Euronext data and who control the distribution of this data internally within their organisation are required to sign the Global Data Agreement for End Users (EUA) unless they have already signed an RDA. Timeline for review and execution of agreements Clients have until 25th January, 2013, to review the Global Data Agreements and associated Policies (links below) and provide feedback to NYSE Euronext using the Comments Log below. Where there are consistent comments from multiple clients regarding specific clauses NYSE Euronext may consider amending as appropriate. NYSE Euronext Global Data Agreements Comments Log NYSE Euronext expects to issue the final version of the new agreements later this month, after which time clients will be required to sign the new agreements. Important Dates - Closing date for comments - 25th January, 2013. - Effective date for the new Global Data Agreements and associated policies - 1st April, 2013.
