FERC Approves Transmission Rate Case Settlement for PNM

PNM Resources' (NYSE: PNM ) New Mexico utility, PNM, yesterday received approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for an unopposed transmission rate case settlement that was filed July 3, 2012.
