Stocks Dip After Fed Minutes Hint At End To Bond Buying
Stocks turned negative to show slight losses around midafternoon Thursday, after Fed meeting minutes showed some policymakers see the central bank's bond buys ending in 2013. Overall the market has been little changed Thursday, taking a breather after two straight sessions of strong gains. The Nasdaq, S&P 500 and Dow Jones industrial average all shed 0.2%.
