Fertilizer maker Mosaic (MOS) will report second-quarter results Friday after watching its share price spike this week on a major deal. Shares of Mosaic, Potash Corp. (POT) and Agrium (AGU) all rose sharply Monday after they jointly unveiled a deal to sell potash fertilizer to China's Sinofert Holdings. Mosaic climbed 2.6% Monday and rose another 1.6% to 57.51 Wednesday. Potash was up about 1% in Wednesday afternoon trading and Agrium 2.6%.
