Boeing Max Orders Climb Above 1,000 On New Deal
Orders for Boeing's (BA) new 737 Max jets passed the 1,000 mark after Aviation Capital, a leasing company, ordered 60 of the updated planes in late December. Boeing said Wednesday the deal is listed at $6 billion. Large orders are typically discounted from the book price. Shares were up nearly 2% intraday Wednesday.
