Stocks sparked from the starting gate Wednesday, despite some disappointing data, as a federal budget deal launched 2013 with a two-fisted rally. The Nasdaq rumbled ahead 2.6%. The S&P 500 rattled off a 2.1% gain, and the Dow Jones industrial average edged up 2%. Volume roared, up 135% on the Nasdaq and more than 100% higher on the NYSE, compared to Monday's trading levels.
