BGI-Shenzhen Receives CFIUS Clearance for Proposed Acquisition of Complete Genomics

BGI-Shenzhen and Complete Genomics. (NASDAQ: GNOM ) announced Friday that they have obtained clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States ("CFIUS") regarding BGI's proposed acquisition of Complete pursuant to the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of September 15, 2012, among BGI,
