Apple chief executive Tim Cook's pay is down by 99% in his first full year in the job. He received $4.17 million (pound(s)2.59m) in 2012, down from $378m (pound(s)235m) in 2011.His wages are 14 times lower than his 2010 pay as chief operating officer.
