(PRBuzz.com) December 28, 2012 -- Mr. Robert Lee, Manager, Special Investigations Unit at CNA, will be one of the featured speakers at the 2013 Annual Conference of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The Annual Conference will be held from April 10 to 12 in San Antonio.  Mr. Lee will be speaking on the topic Insurance Fraud-Insurance Fraud & Recouping Good Faith Payments.

Prior to joining CNA in 1996, Bob spent twenty years as a police officer with the Arizona Department of Public Safety and was assigned to numerous prestigious positions, including Internal Affairs, Special Investigations Unit and Executive Protection, Governor's office. Additionally, he served as a field supervisor and in various command staff positions. Bob is a member of the International Association of Special Investigations Units and he earned the designation of Senior Claims Law Associate from the American Education Institute. In September 2007, he was promoted to his current role as Manager of the Fraud Case Management Team, which assigns, coordinates and monitors fraud and surveillance investigations for all lines of business.
