Tudor Pickering's George O' Leary released a research note Wednesday morning suggesting Chevron's (NYSE: CVX ) partaking in the Kitimat LNG project should be a "substantial positive" for KBR (NYSE: KBR ). The analyst believes Chevron's involvement increases the odds of getting a final investment decision over the
