Antibiotics In Yum's Chicken Within Legal Limits
Shanghai officials Monday said levels of antibiotics and steroids in Yum Brands (YUM) KFC chicken were within legal limits. But amantadine, a drug used to treat Parkinson's disease was also found in the meat, promoting the safety authority to ask the company to issue a recall.
